     A. It is our practice to leave you with a design plan and price in writing at
         the time of our first meeting.  No waiting for days or weeks like you
         may with other companies.  It is our goal to answer all of your
         questions at that time so that you can make an informed decision.

     A. Our Sales Force can be easily accessed by email or telephone.

     A. Yes.  We provide a Job Crew Leader/Journeyman Carpenter on each
          job site. WE DO NOT USE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
